Fyxer or Gemini in Gmail: which should you pick?
Pick Gemini in Gmail if you are on Workspace Business Starter or above, or a Google AI plan, and want to summarise a thread or draft from a prompt without another tool. Pick Fyxer if you want the drafts done before you open the email, in your tone, with mail labelled automatically, or if you are on Outlook. Pick neither if your problem is follow-through.
We make Momo AI, so read our placement of it with that in mind. Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026 and change often.
What each one actually is
Gemini in Gmail is Google's built-in assistant. It is included on Workspace Business Starter, Standard and Enterprise and on Google AI Plus, Pro and Ultra, and it works on the email you have open when you prompt it.
Fyxer is an overlay for Gmail and Outlook. On Pro and above it writes draft replies in your tone and labels incoming mail; its pricing FAQ says it drafts in your inbox and you decide what gets sent. It also records meetings and drafts the follow-up email afterwards, and its scheduling assistant adds a booking link to a draft reply.
Price
Gemini in Gmail: Workspace Business Starter ₹270 per user per month on annual billing; Google AI Plus ₹399 per month; Google AI Pro ₹1,950 per month. The ₹99 Workspace Base plan does not include it. Prices exclude tax.
Fyxer: Free plan with 400 credits a month that does not draft or sort; Pro $37 per month billed annually or $49 monthly; Team $64 annual or $99 monthly. Billed in US dollars, so Indian buyers pay card conversion charges and GST on top.
Where both stop
Both end at the draft. Fyxer adds reminders and a booking link; Gemini suggests times. Neither keeps the list of sent threads nobody answered, emails free slots and books the pick, tracks what you promised, or briefs you each morning. [Momo AI](/) does that inside Gmail, drafts to Gmail Drafts so Gemini can still polish them, books meetings over email with a Meet link, and asks before every send. Limits: Gmail only, no Outlook, no meeting notes. See the Fyxer alternative and Gemini in Gmail alternative pages.
