What Momo AI is

Momo AI is a personal assistant that connects to your Gmail and Google Calendar with your permission, reads them to answer you, drafts replies, tracks follow-ups and promises, and books meetings. Every email send, archive and (by default) every calendar change waits for your explicit tap in the app. By signing in with Google you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and the owner of the Google account you connect, or authorised by its owner.
• You can connect up to five Google accounts. Each one is used only on your behalf.
• You are responsible for what you approve. A draft becomes your email the moment you tap Send.
• You can disconnect Google or delete everything at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Momo AI to send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, harassment or anything unlawful, to access a mailbox you are not entitled to, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access. Google's own terms for Gmail and Calendar continue to apply.

Early access and pricing

Momo AI is free during early access with every feature included. A paid Pro plan is planned. If it launches, you will be told in advance, nothing you rely on will be removed without notice, and no charge happens without your agreement.

AI output

Drafts, summaries, briefs and extracted promises are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or miss a fact. Where the assistant is unsure it leaves [brackets] for you to fill. Read before you send. Momo AI is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Your data

Your email and calendar stay yours. Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it, show it to advertisers or train AI models on it.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, during early access, without a guarantee of uptime. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they apply. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Momo AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of any email, event or action you approved. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
