Morning brief

Your day, in one email, before you open your inbox

At the hour you choose, Momo emails you a brief from your own Gmail: who needs a reply, who owes you one, what you promised, what is in your inbox, and today's meetings with prep notes. Each line has the draft ready.

Free during early access. Nothing is sent without your tap. Updated 10 October 2026.

What is in the brief

The brief is ranked by the AI but assembled by code. It gets no tools and any id it invents is dropped, so an email in your inbox cannot inject itself into your brief.

  • Needs your reply: unread mail from real people, investors and key clients first, each with a draft in Gmail Drafts.
  • Waiting on: threads you sent that went quiet after your follow-up window, each with a nudge drafted.
  • You promised: overdue first, then due within 2 days, then older undated ones.
  • Promised to you, now overdue: other people's missed deadlines, with a nudge ready.
  • Inbox: counts of newsletters, receipts and notifications with a link to clear them.
  • Today: meetings with prep notes taken from your last thread with the first attendee.

Meeting prep and the weekly report

Separately, Momo sends a notification 15 minutes before each meeting with the last email and anything open with that person. On Sunday evening it emails a weekly report: replies sent from its drafts, meetings booked, emails cleared, promises kept, and an honest hours-saved estimate with the formula shown.

Private by construction

The brief goes from your Gmail to your Gmail, so it needs no approval and never leaves your account. The "Draft reply" links carry only a thread id, never email text. The brief is off by default; turn it on and pick the hour in Settings.

Control

Nothing leaves without you

Every email and every cancellation shows up as a card first. Edit it, send it, or discard it. Sends wait 10 seconds so you can undo. Everything Momo reads, drafts and sends is on the Activity page.
