alfred_ or Fyxer: which should you pick?
Pick Fyxer if your email is mostly reply-shaped and you want the first draft done, in your tone, on Gmail or Outlook, plus meeting notes. Pick alfred_ if you want one assistant across up to six mailboxes with a morning brief and a list of what you are waiting on, and you are happy to pay from day eight. Pick neither if you are on Gmail and want scheduling run over email with an approval card before anything goes out.
We make Momo AI, so read our placement of it with that in mind. Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026 and change often.
What each one actually is
alfred_ is an assistant layered over Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP mailbox, up to six accounts on every plan. Its pricing page says it tracks what you are waiting on and includes it in your morning brief, and that it does not use your data to train AI models. It does not describe drafting in your voice, booking meetings or an explicit approval rule, so those cells read Not stated.
Fyxer is an overlay for Gmail and Outlook. On Pro and above it labels incoming mail and writes draft replies in your tone that wait in Drafts; its FAQ says you decide what gets sent. It records meetings and drafts the follow-up, and its scheduling assistant adds a booking link to a draft reply.
Price
alfred_: Starter $25, Pro $37.50, Power $83.33 and Max $166.67 per month, all billed annually, plus a Team plan at $41.67 per seat. Monthly billing is not listed. There is a 7-day free trial that needs a card, and no free tier. The page header says plans start from $29.99 a month, which does not match the $25 Starter shown; we quote the plan card.
Fyxer: Free plan with 400 credits a month and no drafting; Pro $37 per month billed annually or $49 monthly; Team $64 annual or $99 monthly; 14-day Team trial.
Both bill in US dollars, so Indian buyers pay card conversion charges and GST on top.
Where both stop
alfred_ brings you a brief and a waiting-on list; Fyxer brings you drafts. Neither page describes emailing free slots and booking the pick, and neither describes an approval card as the rule for every send. [Momo AI](/) is built around that card: drafts in your voice to Gmail Drafts, follow-ups and promises tracked, meetings booked over email with a Meet link, a morning brief, and a tap before every send with recipients chosen by code. Limits: Gmail only, no Outlook or IMAP, no meeting notes. See the alfred_ alternative and Fyxer alternative pages.
