Momo AI vs Gemini in Gmail

Momo AI vs Gemini in Gmail

Gemini in Gmail is Google's assistant inside the email you have open: summarise, draft, polish, suggest times. It comes with Workspace Business Starter (₹270 per user per month) or Google AI Pro (₹1,950 per month). Momo AI runs in the background on your whole inbox and calendar and asks before anything is sent. They answer different questions.

Pick Gemini in Gmail if

You already pay for an eligible Google plan and what you want is help with the email in front of you: a summary of a long thread, a first draft from a prompt, a tone fix. It is built in, needs no extra permission, and is good at those jobs.

Pick Momo AI if

You want the inbox worked while you are busy, then handed to you for a decision.

  • Threads waiting on a reply, flagged after your window with the nudge drafted.
  • Meetings booked over email: free slots offered, the pick booked with a Meet link.
  • Promises both ways, closed when delivered.
  • A morning brief with drafts already written.
  • A tap before every send, with recipients chosen by code.
  • Free now, ₹499 per month planned.

Can you use both?

Yes. Momo AI writes normal Gmail drafts, which you can still edit with Gemini. Detail and sources are on the Gemini in Gmail alternative page and in what Gemini in Gmail can and can't do.
