Fyxer vs Superhuman

Fyxer vs Superhuman: which one do you actually need?

Fyxer AI and Superhuman solve different problems. Fyxer is an assistant that sits on top of the Gmail or Outlook you already use, sorting mail and drafting replies in your tone, from $37 per month. Superhuman is a new email client built for speed, with AI drafting on its Business plan, from $25 per user per month. Here is how they differ on 13 October 2026, who each one suits, and where Momo AI fits if neither is quite right.

Fyxer vs Superhuman in one paragraph

Pick Fyxer if you want to keep your current inbox and have replies drafted and mail sorted for you, especially on Outlook. Pick Superhuman if you process hundreds of emails a day and want a faster client with shortcuts, split inboxes and a polished app. Pick neither and look at Momo AI if your real problem is follow-through: unanswered threads, meetings that take six emails to book, and promises you forget.

We make Momo AI, so read our placement of it with that in mind. Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page on 13 October 2026 and change often.

The shape of each tool

Superhuman replaces Gmail's interface. You read and write in its app, on desktop and phone, and it syncs to the same Gmail or Outlook account underneath. Its AI features (Auto Drafts, Instant Reply, Write with AI) live inside that client, and Auto Drafts needs the Business plan. Superhuman also sells an Email Assistant add-on that drafts inside Gmail without the client.

Fyxer does not replace anything. You connect Gmail or Outlook, and Fyxer labels incoming mail into categories (To respond, FYI, Marketing and so on) and writes draft replies in your tone that sit in your Drafts folder. You open the draft, edit if needed, and press Send. Fyxer also records and summarises meetings.

Pick Fyxer if

  • You use Outlook, or a mix of Outlook and Gmail, and want one assistant across both.
  • You like your current inbox and do not want to learn a new client.
  • Most of your email is reply-shaped: someone asks, you answer. Fyxer's drafts save the typing.
  • You want meeting recordings and notes from the same vendor.
  • A free tier matters before you commit to $37 a month.

Pick Superhuman if

  • You spend two or more hours a day in email and want every keystroke faster.
  • You want split inboxes, snippets, read statuses, scheduled sends and a native app on every device.
  • Your team already uses it and shared snippets and team read statuses matter.
  • You are happy paying per user for the client itself, with AI drafting on the higher plan.

What neither one does

Both tools stop at the draft. Neither keeps a list of the threads you sent that got no reply, neither books a meeting by emailing free slots and confirming the pick, neither tracks what you promised on a call, and neither sends you a morning brief with the day's work already drafted.

The third option: Momo AI

[Momo AI](/) is an AI chief of staff for Gmail and Google Calendar. Like Fyxer, it works on top of your existing Gmail and drafts in your voice to Gmail Drafts. Unlike both, it does the follow-through: it flags every sent thread with no reply and drafts the nudge, offers free slots over email and books the pick with a Meet link, tracks promises in both directions, and emails you a brief every morning. Every send waits for your tap, with a 10-second undo.

Limits: Gmail only, no Outlook, and no keyboard-first client. It is free during early access, with Pro planned at ₹499 per month. The detailed pages are Momo AI as a Fyxer alternative and Momo AI as a Superhuman alternative.

Can you use Fyxer and Superhuman together?

Yes. Fyxer's drafts are normal drafts in your Gmail or Outlook account, so they show up inside Superhuman's client. Some people run exactly that: Superhuman for speed, Fyxer for the first draft. The cost is $62 or more per month for one person. Momo AI's drafts also land in Gmail Drafts and appear in Superhuman the same way.

Control

Nothing leaves without you

Every email and every cancellation shows up as a card first. Edit it, send it, or discard it. Sends wait 10 seconds so you can undo. Everything Momo AI reads, drafts and sends is on the Activity page.
