> Momo emails 2 to 4 free slots from your Google Calendar, reads the reply and books the pick with a Google Meet link. No scheduling link to send.

Say "find a time with Priya next week". Momo checks your calendar, emails Priya a short list of free slots in your voice, waits for her reply, and books the one she picks with a Meet link. You approve the first email. Everything after that stays inside what you approved.

## How it works

Scheduling links hand your calendar to the other person and ask them to do the work. Momo does what a human assistant does instead.

- Momo picks 2 to 4 free slots from Google Calendar, inside your working hours, and shows you the email before it goes.
- The intro is written in your voice. The slot list and sign-off are built by code, so the times are always accurate.
- Only replies from the invited addresses count. The AI classifies the reply as a pick, a decline, another suggestion or unclear, without any tools.
- A clear pick of a slot that is still free gets booked with a Google Meet link and an invite. That is inside what you approved: same slots, same people.
- Anything else, or a slot that got taken, comes back to you in the conversation with nothing booked.
- If nobody replies before the last offered slot, the request expires and tells you.

## Direct booking when you already agreed

"Book 30 minutes with Rahul tomorrow afternoon" skips the back-and-forth: Momo finds the earliest slot that is free for both of you, creates the event with Meet, and sends the invite. New meetings can be set to book without asking in Settings, but only when there is no conflict. Cancellations always wait for your tap.

## Meeting prep, 15 minutes before

Momo sends a notification before each meeting with your last email to the first attendee and any open promise between you. Meetings Momo booked carry a "Booked by Momo" badge on the Calendar page.

## Questions

### Can AI schedule a meeting by email?

Yes. Momo emails free slots from your Google Calendar, reads the reply, and books the chosen slot with a Google Meet link. You approve the first email; the booking stays inside those slots and those people.

### Do I have to CC an assistant address?

No. You ask Momo in chat or from the morning brief. The email goes from your own Gmail address, so the other person sees you, not a bot.

### What if the other person suggests a different time?

Momo posts their suggestion back to you and books nothing. You decide.

### Does it work with Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendars?

Not yet. Momo works with Gmail and Google Calendar today.

### Can it book without asking me?

Only new and moved meetings, only if you turn that on in Settings, and only when the slot has no conflict. Cancellations and emails always wait for your tap.
