# Know who hasn't replied, before you forget you asked

> Momo finds every Gmail thread you sent that got no answer, drafts the nudge after the days you choose, and tracks promises in both directions.

Every email you send that goes quiet is a tab open in your head. Momo keeps that list for you, writes the nudge in your voice, and tracks promises in both directions until they are delivered.

## Threads waiting on them

Momo scans your sent mail and flags threads with no reply after the number of days you set, from 1 to 14. Each one shows up in the morning brief under "Waiting on", with a one-tap nudge drafted in your writing style. The nudge goes to the original To and Cc, chosen by code, never by the model.

## Threads waiting on you

The other side of the ledger: mail from real people that needs an answer. The brief lists them, ranked with investors and key clients first if you have told Momo who they are, and each one comes with a reply already drafted in Gmail Drafts.

## Promises, both directions

Momo reads sent and received mail from the last 14 days and finds commitments: "I'll send the deck by Thursday", "We'll get back to you Monday". Deadlines like "tomorrow" are resolved against the email's date in your time zone. When a later email in the same thread clearly delivers, the promise closes itself. Overdue items show first in the brief; what others owe you shows under "Promised to you, now overdue" with a nudge ready.

- Mark done, dismiss, snooze or reopen from chat or the Promises page.
- Add a promise by hand when it was made on a call.
- Text, counterpart and subject are stored encrypted. Closed promises are purged after 90 days.

## Why this beats Boomerang-style reminders

A reminder is something you set. Momo finds the follow-up without you setting anything, writes the nudge, and notices when the other person finally replies so the item disappears on its own.

## Questions

### How do I see every email I'm still waiting on?

Connect Gmail to Momo and open Today, or wait for the morning brief. Threads with no reply after your follow-up window appear under Waiting on, each with a nudge drafted.

### Does Momo send the follow-up itself?

No. It drafts the nudge. You review and send it, either from the card in Momo or from Gmail Drafts.

### Can it track promises made in meetings?

Add them by hand in chat ("remember I promised Kabir the hiring plan Friday") or on the Promises page. Email-based promises are found automatically.

### How many days before a thread counts as waiting?

You choose, from 1 to 14 days. The default is set in Settings.
